Meet Hapi
Your marketing, handed back in one piece.
Hapi is our mascot. He turns up as a knot, which is how most marketing reaches us: ads in one account, the website somewhere else, and leads nobody calls back. We sort it into one plan and keep it sorted.
- Ads, website and follow-up, run by one team
- Numbers you can check every week
- Your accounts stay in your name

What's Different About Clinic Ads in Dublin
The same budget works very differently from one Irish city to the next.
People search by postal district
Dubliners search 'dentist Dublin 4' and 'physio Dublin 8' as often as 'near me'. We build ad groups and landing copy around the districts you actually serve, not one radius over the whole county.
The most expensive clicks in the country
More clinics bid in Dublin than anywhere else in Ireland, so wasted clicks cost the most here. Tight locations, negative keywords for jobs and courses, and ad schedules around your opening hours matter more than the budget.
Commuters search near work
A lot of Dublin's patients book near where they work, not where they live. We test the city centre and business districts like Sandyford separately, so lunchtime and after-work searches find you.

Who You're Up Against in Dublin
These are the names that share Dublin's healthcare searches with you. Here's how we'd plan a clinic's campaign around them.
Beacon Hospital
High-tech private hospital in Sandyford, Dublin 18
Blackrock Clinic
High-tech private hospital in Blackrock
St Vincent's Private Hospital
Large acute private hospital on Merrion Road, Dublin 4
Hermitage Clinic
Private hospital in Lucan, part of Blackrock Health
UPMC Sports Surgery Clinic
Orthopaedic and sports injury hospital in Santry
Sims IVF
Fertility clinics in Clonskeagh and Swords
Don't fight hospitals on specialty terms
Dublin's private hospitals have the brands and budgets for broad searches like 'orthopaedic surgeon Dublin'. A clinic wins on what they don't sell: a physio session this week, a check-up near work, an appointment without a referral. We put the budget there.
Be the first step, not the last
Many people searching for a Beacon or Blackrock consultant need a scan, a GP letter or physio first. Ads for 'back pain physio Dublin 18' or 'sports injury assessment' catch them earlier, before they reach the hospital's front door.
Out-local the dental groups
National dental groups like Dental Care Ireland and Smiles Dental run practices across Dublin with strong group websites. An independent practice beats them on its own district: the dentist's name, the street, the Saturday hours, and an emergency slot today.
Who bids on which searches changes week to week. The free audit checks the live ads for your treatments and area before we plan a thing. Names are listed to describe the market; we aren't connected to any of them.

What Every Irish Clinic Campaign Has to Get Right
Clinic advertising in Ireland has rules a general agency can miss. We build them in from the first draft.
Prescription-only treatments can't be named
Irish law doesn't allow prescription-only medicines to be advertised to the public, and botulinum toxin is one. Aesthetic clinics advertise the consultation and the result instead, and we write the ads and keywords that way from the start.
No remarketing on health conditions
Google doesn't allow ads that follow people around based on a health condition. We build campaigns on search intent, which is what clinic ads should run on anyway: someone typing 'emergency dentist' has already told you what they need.
Consent Mode v2 for EU tracking
Google needs Consent Mode v2 on sites that advertise to people in the EU. We set it up with your cookie banner, so conversions still count and your site stays on the right side of GDPR.
Claims your council would sign off
The Medical Council and the Dental Council both expect advertising to be factual and not misleading. Our ads say what you offer, where and when, and leave out the superlatives.
Your first month
How It Works
Free audit
We look at your Google Business Profile, your website and any ads you run now, against the clinics you compete with in your area.
Campaign plan
Which treatments to advertise, which areas, what budget, and how many enquiries that budget should bring. You decide before anything goes live.
Launch
Search campaigns per treatment, call tracking, conversion tracking with Consent Mode v2, and landing pages if your site needs them.
Monthly report
Cost per enquiry, calls and bookings by treatment, and what we're changing next month. Plain numbers, in euros.
Rarely. Most patients won't cross the city for a check-up or a physio session, so we start with the districts within easy reach of your clinic and widen only for treatments people travel for, like implants or fertility.
Run a small campaign on your own name. It's usually the cheapest click you'll buy, it keeps competitors from sitting above you, and it lets you show opening hours and a call button right in the ad.
Two parts. Your ad budget goes straight to Google, and you set it. Our management fee is a fixed monthly amount in euros, quoted after the free audit, once we know how many treatments and areas you want to cover. There's no percentage of ad spend.
India is 4.5 to 5.5 hours ahead of Ireland, so we work your mornings and early afternoons on calls and WhatsApp, and changes are made before your clinic opens. Billing is in euros and the reports are in euros.
Not by name: it's a prescription-only medicine, and those can't be advertised to the public in Ireland. Clinics advertise the consultation with a qualified practitioner and the area treated. We write the ads, keywords and landing pages to stay within that.
We track that an enquiry or call happened, never what it was about. No health information goes to Google, remarketing on health conditions isn't used, and tracking runs through Consent Mode v2 so it respects each visitor's cookie choice.
