Niranjan M Theroth and Johan Cherian started Studio Happens in Bangalore. They still read your numbers, set the plan and pick up your calls themselves.
How we think
Most of our clients had already tried a freelancer, a cheaper agency or a tool that promised to automate everything. Usually the budget was fine. The plan just wasn't built around how their market behaves.
So we start with your customers and your competitors, before we touch a campaign. Then we build a plan for your situation and change it when the numbers say so.

We don't reuse one playbook for every client. We track what happens, keep what works and drop what doesn't.
