Niranjan has never believed in waiting to feel ready.
While many prefer clarity before action, his approach has always been different. He learns by doing, by putting himself in situations where execution is the only option.
His early exposure to business came through his family's involvement in real estate, marketing, construction, agriculture, Institutions etc. But real understanding did not come from observation. It came from hands-on experience across different roles.
He worked on managing a magazine, handling content, branding, and digital communities. He later moved into digital marketing, where he worked on SEO, performance marketing, and web development. His experience expanded into event strategy in Mumbai, where he handled planning and execution, followed by managing business stalls at expos in Bengaluru, focusing on networking and client engagement.

Across all these experiences, one pattern stood out.
Most businesses were active in marketing but lacked a clear system behind it.
There was an overemphasis on content and design, and very little focus on decision-making, positioning, and measurable outcomes.
