The Journey of Niranjan M Theroth: Learning Through Execution

Personal Journey

Niranjan M Theroth professional journey in digital marketing and tech

Niranjan M Theroth's journey has been shaped by one consistent belief: real learning comes from execution.

While pursuing a BBA in Marketing, he chose not to rely solely on academic knowledge. Instead, he actively sought real-world experiences across multiple domains.

His early work involved managing and publishing a magazine, where he handled content strategy, team coordination, and digital branding. This experience gave him a strong understanding of how attention and audience engagement work.

He then moved into digital marketing, where he worked on SEO, performance campaigns, and web development. This phase helped him understand how businesses grow through structured marketing efforts.

Expanding Horizons: Events & Crypto

His experience further expanded into event strategy, where he worked on planning and executing large-scale events in Mumbai. This exposed him to operational challenges, vendor coordination, and real-time problem solving.

In addition, he managed business stall operations at expos in Bengaluru, focusing on networking, client engagement, and lead generation.

Even before these roles, he had explored the Finance World, including Equity, Mutual Funds, Day Trading, crypto, and the NFT space, where he launched projects and managed online communities. This gave him early exposure to digital behaviour, attention cycles, and community-driven growth.

Redefining Failure

Not every experience was successful.

However, each failure provided practical insights that contributed to his understanding of business and marketing.

Over time, Niranjan shifted his perspective on failure. Instead of viewing it as a setback, he began treating it as feedback.

This mindset has become central to how he operates.

Rather than waiting for perfect conditions, he starts, observes, adapts, and improves. This approach continues to guide both his personal growth and his work at Studio Happens.
