No. We sign an NDA before you send the brief and we only ever work through you. Our name stays out of the code, the files and the handover, and we never contact your client.
You do, or your client, whichever you prefer. Once the final payment is in, the full source code and design files are handed over with no licence fees and no lock-in.
Each site has a fixed price agreed before we start. You pay 50% upfront and 50% at handover. No retainers and no hourly billing.
Every build includes 2 revision rounds, plus 30 days of free fixes after handover. After that, we quote each change as a small fixed-price job.
